These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 799ph ("the Company," "799ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 799ph online gaming platform, accessible at https://799ph.co and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 799ph, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may not register or maintain an account with 799ph.

799ph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). All gaming activities on the 799ph Platform are conducted in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR's operating conditions. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override any applicable provision of Philippine law or PAGCOR regulation.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 799ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age mandated by PAGCOR for participation in online gaming activities in the Philippines. Providing false information regarding your age is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and at the time of each gaming session. Access to 799ph from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Minors and persons under legal guardianship who lack contractual capacity may not register.
• No Existing Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated by yourself through 799ph's responsible gaming tools, or imposed by PAGCOR or any competent regulatory authority.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on 799ph. Opening duplicate, parallel, or replacement accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
• Non-Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of employees of 799ph or its technology and gaming service providers are ineligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

To register on 799ph, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

799ph reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the lifecycle of your Account, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers compliance review procedures. Acceptable KYC documents include UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Philippine passport, driver's licence, and voter's ID.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 799ph will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. All activity conducted under your Account login — whether by you or a third party — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 799ph support immediately and change your password.

799ph will communicate with you primarily via the email address and mobile number registered on your Account. It is your responsibility to ensure these contact details remain accurate. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay account recovery, KYC verification, and support resolution.

All deposits on 799ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and that you are legally authorized to use. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment source registered to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being frozen pending investigation.

799ph does not charge fees on deposits made through supported payment methods. However, your payment service provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply its own transaction fees. 799ph has no control over third-party fees and is not responsible for them.

Deposited funds are credited to your 799ph Account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions, and within the processing time published on the Platform for bank transfers. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within the stated processing time, contact 799ph support with your transaction reference number.

The minimum withdrawal amount from 799ph is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to technical limitations of the payment service. Where the original deposit method cannot receive funds (e.g., a prepaid-only GCash configuration), 799ph support will coordinate an alternative withdrawal method, subject to enhanced KYC verification.

Completion of KYC verification is required before any withdrawal will be processed. Where KYC documentation has not been submitted or has been submitted but not yet approved, withdrawal requests will be queued and processed only upon successful KYC completion.

Withdrawal processing times at 799ph are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during standard banking hours. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or additional compliance review.

799ph does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your bank, GCash, or PayMaya for receiving funds are the responsibility of the Player. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements and withdrawal caps as set out in the relevant promotion terms before they may be withdrawn as real money.

• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if the Account is under active review for suspicious activity, pending KYC documentation, or subject to a chargeback dispute on a prior deposit.
• 799ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source of funds documentation for large withdrawals.
• Repeated withdrawal requests followed by re-deposits of the same funds without genuine gaming activity may be flagged as potential bonus abuse or AML activity and investigated accordingly.

799ph offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin credits, and loyalty program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are made available on the Platform at the time of the promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all 799ph promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed account registration, passed KYC verification, and meet the specific eligibility criteria of the promotion (e.g., first-time depositors only, minimum deposit amount).
• Opt-In: Some promotions require explicit opt-in before the qualifying deposit is made. Failure to opt in prior to the qualifying action will result in the bonus not being applied. Retroactive bonus applications will not be processed.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied on eligible games.
• Game Weighting: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced percentage. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice or compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the specific promotion expressly permits this.
• Abuse: 799ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus credited as a result of bonus abuse, including collusion, use of prohibited software, exploitation of software errors, or patterns of play designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal financial risk (e.g., hedging bets across outcomes).

All games available on the 799ph Platform — including RNG-based slots, table games, live dealer games, sports betting, and bingo — are governed by the specific rules of each individual game, which are accessible within each game interface on the Platform.

RNG-based games on 799ph use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently audited and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are maintained for all RNG games in accordance with PAGCOR certification requirements.

Live dealer games are operated by certified third-party studio providers. The rules and outcomes of live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed within each live table interface. In the event of technical failure or connection interruption during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the provider's recorded game data. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

Sports betting markets on 799ph are governed by the specific betting rules published for each market, sport, and competition. Results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or competition organizer. 799ph reserves the right to void any bet placed on a clearly erroneous price ("palpable error") and to correct the price retroactively before settlement.

In the event of any system, software, or hardware failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect payout, 799ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and reverse the resulting balance change. 799ph's game and transaction logs constitute the official record for the purposes of dispute resolution and shall take precedence over any Player device records.

799ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and best practices in the Philippine gaming industry. Gaming on 799ph is intended to be a form of entertainment. If it ceases to be enjoyable, or if gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, 799ph provides the following tools which you can activate directly from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount of PHP you can deposit into your 799ph Account.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified duration of continuous play to keep you informed of time spent.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently restrict your own access to the 799ph Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent an active self-exclusion by registering a new account are a violation of these Terms.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic in-session summaries of time played and net financial position to maintain situational awareness.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 799ph Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during Account registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one 799ph Account, including accounts opened in the name of a family member, associate, or third party on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the Platform, analyze game patterns, or place bets in a manner not available to ordinary human players.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the Platform, including chip dumping, match-fixing of sports events, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or pricing errors ("palpable errors") for financial gain. Any profits identified as resulting from exploitation of errors are subject to reversal.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity as defined under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law, using VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your true location.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider for deposits genuinely credited to and used on your 799ph Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 799ph support staff or other Players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

799ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 799ph or provision of fraudulent identity documents.
• Activity consistent with fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• Receipt of a chargeback claim from a payment service provider relating to funds deposited on the Account.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months from the date of last login, subject to applicable dormant account procedures under Philippine consumer protection regulations.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination of an Account, 799ph will return any verified real money balance to the Player through the payment method on file, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to 799ph and subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance review. Bonus funds and associated winnings remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of termination and will not be paid out unless the requirements have been fully satisfied prior to termination.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact 799ph support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method prior to closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 799ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

799ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or relating to the use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether 799ph was advised of the possibility of such damages.

799ph makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 799ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by 799ph's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

All content on the 799ph Platform — including but not limited to the 799ph brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text content, software code, and database structures — is the property of 799ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, scraping, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 799ph.

Game content on the Platform is provided by licensed third-party software providers including but not limited to JILI Technology, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play. All intellectual property rights in game content remain vested in the respective providers. 799ph does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

799ph collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on 799ph, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the 799ph Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is collected and processed for purposes including account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (subject to your consent preferences). 799ph does not sell your personal data to third parties.

799ph may share your personal data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and other regulatory authorities where required by applicable Philippine law, including for the purposes of anti-money laundering compliance, responsible gaming enforcement, and regulatory reporting.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Please refer to the 799ph Privacy Policy for the complete description of your data rights and how to exercise them.

799ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, including where required to comply with changes in PAGCOR regulations, applicable Philippine law, or operational requirements. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amendments will take effect on the date stated in the relevant notice, which will be no less than 7 days after notification for material changes unless a shorter period is required for legal compliance. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request voluntary account closure as described in Section 11. The version of the Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or statutory — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 799ph, you are encouraged to contact 799ph's customer support in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. 799ph will endeavor to resolve disputes amicably and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 799ph support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR pursuant to PAGCOR's player complaints procedures, applicable to all PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operators. PAGCOR's decision on regulatory matters shall be final and binding on 799ph.

For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this section limits PAGCOR's authority as the competent regulatory body for gaming disputes in the Philippines.
